<Chester-> I think we have some plans to go down south before the end of the
year but not sure. I try not to look too far into the future it's
depressing. I spent my entire life trying to get out of AZ so not my
favorite place to visit but I have a lot of friends and family there so it
makes it worth it.

much. If someone else had written it I could play it all the time but if I

I hope he feels better. My question is, what is that song that you were
singing in the corner on the Meteora DVD and will it ever be released?
<Chester-> That didn't really have a name at the time (the one on the DVD).
That song actually didn't make the record and never got finished, but on the
commercial for our record Meteora on the very first commercial before the
graffiti one where it was just black with LP 03.03 that song was the intro
part so it was kind of used.

of the video on Mtv, you said that your more a singer, not a actor,well,
have you ever been good at acting? Like in any of your videos? Ive just been
wondering that. Your So cool!!!
<Chester-> Um I was an actor before I like theater- but its different
becasue videos usually aren't about what the song is about- so it's kind of
hard doing the videos to me. On stage its easy because I'm playing out my
own emotions. With acting you carry out what a character's emotions are but
with music I act like myself.
<Chester-> I'm really just more of a singer than an actor.

finished product of Meteora... do you think it could have been any better

<Chester-> Um to put it simply- if we didn't think Meteora was ready- we'd
still be working on it.
<Chester-> We made it as good as it could get, and if we worked on it any
more it would have gotten worse. We like to just decide for ourselves when
something is done.

ever ( i like it a lot because its more metal ) do you know if it will be
meet and greet for summer sanitarium and will the wizard song be release
someday? can you say i'm cool please?you are the best vocalist

<Chester-> No the wizard song will never ever ever be released because it
doesnt exist. And not only that but yes there will be meet and greets on
Summer Sanitarium and we are trying to arrange how they will work so we'll
update you in the future.

you look at life differently?
<Chester-> Yes of course being a father makes me look at my life
differently. Once you are a parent you have to think of someone else not
just yourself. When you aren't a parent you go through life selfishly- when
you are a parent you go through life selflessly so there's a drastic change.
<Chester-> I don't think selflessly is a word- i'm a dumbass- it should be
though.

2003 concert, I’ve already bought the tickets ). How do you felt when your
album Meteora went to #1 in so many countries ? ( I’ve wasted all my printer
tint , printing Meteora flyers to promote the album ‘cause I’m not in a
street team I don’t know how to came in… but I did what I could… )
<Chester-> I felt pretty amazing when Meteora went #1 in so many countries.
3 years ago we couldn't get a record deal and now we're #1 in 20 countries.
Kind of a drastic change in life.
<Chester-> I think the idea of blending songs came from Reanimation we
really loved the way the album flowed together by blending interludes. We
really want to make albums that flow from beginning to end so we wanted to
introduce that to our records.

<Chester-> We're always recording so yes music is constantly being made in
the Linkin Park camp. As far as my favorite PR experience it's kind of
funny because they are both so different- there are aspects of this tour
that I really like and aspects of the last tour I really liked. My favorite
part of PR is being able to go on tour with people we respect- and every
single band we've picked have been some of the nicest most humble amazi

<Chester-> I think Breaking the Habit is the best song we ever wrote so
that's the song for both of those questions.

write/record- Runaway took literally like 6 years to write and Somewhere I
Belong took the entire length of recording- it was the first thing written
during Ozzfest and last one we finished in the studio. Those 2 songs made
me want to kill myself because I knew they'd both be good but they took SO
LONG>
<Chester-> I dont write all the lyrics guys- i write about 1/2 the lyrics.
<Chester-> Yes we did find a graduation announcement- we didnt just find it
there it was given to us. But unfortunately I dont think we'll be able to
make it. But I'd really like the chance to make you the coolest kid in
school but sorry.

<Chester-> I think Chevelle has.
<Chester-> OH- you mean changed in the band
<Chester-> I think the band has drastically improved between the release of
HT and Meteora. We got better too.

<Chester-> Those glasses were Georgio Armani's not sure what style- you
could find them anywhere.

were right above Joe's area, did you guys know ahead of time that they were
going to do that? Did you guys personally vote on the Meteora Street team
